Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered the Insta360 X3 Silicone Case and a Carbon Fiber Extension Pole. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received a confirmation email quickly, and the items shipped out the next day, arriving within five business days to California, which was pretty good. The silicone case fits the X3 perfectly, offering decent protection without adding much bulk. The extension pole feels sturdy, not flimsy like some cheaper alternatives I've tried. My only minor complaint is that the pole's twist-lock mechanism was a bit stiff initially.

Awesome diving case!

I bought the Underwater Diving Phone Case for my vacation, and it was incredible! I took it snorkeling, and my phone stayed totally dry, got some amazing underwater photos. I was worried it might leak, but it didn't! So happy with it, will definitely be getting more stuff from here. The tracking info was a little slow to update at first, but the product is great!

Awesome accessories for my GoPro!

I just got the 6 inch Dome Port for GoPro and the Floating Hand Grip, and wow, these are fantastic! The dome port made my underwater shots look incredible, so clear. The hand grip is super comfy and actually floats my camera, which is a huge relief. Everything feels really well-made, not cheap at all. I'm definitely coming back for more gear soon and telling all my friends who have action cameras!

Neck mount for GoPro works great

I grabbed the Magnetic Neck Holder Mount for my GoPro, and it's super handy. It just clicks on, no fuss. Shipping took a little longer than I thought, but it got here.

Decent products, quick delivery

Ordered the Insta360 X3 Silicone Case. Fit perfectly. Material felt good. Delivery was fast, got it in 5 days. Wish they had more color options, but happy with the purchase.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I bought the Magnetic Neck Holder Mount and a GoPro Battery Charger. The mount feels really sturdy, actually better than I expected for the price. The charger works perfectly with my Hero 9 batteries. My only complaint was that shipping took almost 2 weeks to get to me in California; a bit slower than I'm used to these days. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update though, which was good.

Reliable chargers, consistent quality

This was my third time ordering from Telesin, and I picked up a Dual Battery Charger and some DJI Action 4 Batteries. Like my previous purchases (a GoPro Battery Charger and a Floating Hand Grip), everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The chargers always perform as expected, and the batteries hold a charge comparable to the originals. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting. The price for the extra batteries was a bit higher than I wanted, but the quality makes it worth it.

Solid Gear, Some Website Navigation Quirks

I recently picked up a Carbon Fiber Extension Pole and a Waterproof Housing Case for my DJI Action 3. The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear product descriptions with compatibility info. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which was reasonable. The extension pole is super light and feels really durable, extending smoothly. The waterproof housing held up perfectly on my last dive, no leaks at all. My only minor gripe was finding specific compatibility details for some older camera models on the website; I had to do a bit of digging in the FAQs. Overall, very satisfied with the product quality and value I got.
